TPM Reporting with FACTORY FRAMEWORK®

Transparency is the basis of TPM waste analyses. FORCAM has integrated TPM methods into the production software. Additionally, the instructive experiences of world class factories have been included. Thus, continuous data assimilation, down to machine control signals, ensures the coherence of the performance indicators (OEE, NEE, TEEP) for production efficiency evaluations.

Configurable reports enable overall machine and plant evaluations in order to identify weak points. Those who need customised TPM analyses, beyond the comprehensive TPM analyses offered, are able to create their own analytics by means of FORCAM’s additional module “report editor”.
